The Law Enforcement Torch Run, along with Special Olympics Illinois and the Woodridge Police Department, in its efforts to support special needs, social, and athletic activities for special citizens, is sponsoring a Triva Night fundraiser on Friday April 5, 2013 at the Bobak's Signature Events in Woodridge, IL. The evening will begin with registration at 6:00 PM. There will be an array of appetizers as well as a cash bar available. All checks need to be made payable to Special Olympics Illinois. We will also be accepting silent auction items donated by anyone.
Trivia, consisting of various topics, will begin at 7:00 PM. Each team will consist of 10 members with an entry fee of $25.00 per player or $250.00 for a team of 10 that is registered at one time. The event will consist of 10 rounds with 10 questions per round. There will be 10 different categories such as sports, television, movies, video games, pop culture, etc... Entry fees can be paid through this website or mailed in to the address listed below. If you are attending, please select an option above for your payment. This will help us prepare for the event. If you are paying at the event, please use that option above and bring cash or check (Payable to Special Olympics Illinois) to the event.
A first place award will be awarded to the first place team. In the event that your team must cancel, the entry fee is non-refundable and will be considered a donation to Special Olympics Illinois. The donation is also tax deductible since we are a 501(c)3 organization.
If you are interested in a fun-filled night... form your team, complete the registration below, and prepare yourself for an entertaining, yet challenging night of trivia.
In addition to the trivia competition, there will be a raffle that will be held throughout the night. We will also have raffle tickets available for the Harley Davidson Raffle as well as some other merchandise.
